Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field (preferably MEP)
• Previous experience (2- 3 years) in project management, construction management it’s an
advantage;
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, proving
teamwork abilities;
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Previous experience in negotiating contracts is an advantage;
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within
budget close;
• Experience leading and motivating various team sizes, including internal and external resources,
while holding team accountable for performance;
• Experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written
and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management;
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), AutoCAD;
• Fire permit experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities / Achievements
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful multi-projects (mainly in office buildings) delivery will
include full implementation from initiation to deployment;
• Collaborate with clients, providers, engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the
project;
• Prepare BOQs based on the site survey and budgets estimation according with clients
requirements;
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities;
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with
attention to budgetary limitations;
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met;
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities;
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports;
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
to various clients;
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues;
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;
