Training is essential to all our service lines and is accessible to all staff in the company, from agents to managers.
ATALIAN has an active recruitment policy for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts. The aim of apprenticeship contracts is to enable young people to gain valuable professional experience, whilst studying towards a degree. Professionalization contracts aim to promote the recruitment of isolated people by allowing them to gain professional skills and help them access or re-access employment in the future.
